Moody Impressed with First Clemson Trip

Conway, SC athlete Mykal Moody traveled to Clemson with his father Saturday to attend Junior Day.  It was the first trip to Clemson for the speedster who came away very impressed.

“It was a very good visit.  Everything there was genuine.  Coach Swinney seemed like a very good coach.  I felt good being there on campus with the coaches and players,” said Moody.

What was the highlight of the visit?

“The highlight was meeting coach Swinney and seeing how he was,” replied Moody.

Mykal got to see the Clemson fans in action in Littlejohn as the Tigers defeated Wake Forest.

“The game was real good.  It was a nice environement to be in,” said Moody.

More visit plans are in the works.

“Right now we are looking at going to Georgia Tech.  We are also talking about making a trip out to Oregon.  I am also expected to go to South Carolina very soon,” said Mooday.

When asked if he has any early favorites, Moody responded, “No sir, not yet”.

Which team is recruiting Mykal the hardest right now?

“I would probably say Clemson,” replied Moody.

How did the visit to Clemson help?

“It helped me a lot.  Even though it was my first time going.  It helped to see the atmosphere, meet the coaches and learn more about Clemson,” replied Moody.
